  • 1 pc ripe banana
  • 100 g baby biscuits or oatmeal
  • 20 g shredded coconut or poppy seeds

    Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork and add the crushed baby biscuits.

    Form walnut-sized balls by hand and roll them in shredded coconut and/or poppy seeds.

    You can also use ground walnuts or almonds.
