Description
Fresh, crispy and natural- Small lettuce leaves from the inner, more tender part of the head lettuce, which are particularly delicate and flavourful.
Suggested use: Ready to eat, but can be rinsed if desired. An excellent choice for fresh salads, wraps, cold platters, or as a fresh side dish served with a main course.

Under the leadership of Róbert Kovács, Jászvega Trend Kft. cultivates lettuce on several hectares at its site in Jászfényszaru, both in open fields and in foil tunnels. The freshly harvested lettuces are produced from GMO-free seeds, through the GLOBALG.A.P. farm assurance program.
Usage
In raw form, it's a perfect salad base to which you can boldly add any other vegetables. If you wish to consume it cooked, lettuce stew is also a delicious option.
