Ingredients:

-1 medium head of Lollo lettuce

-1 bunch of cocktail tomatoes

-125 g mini mozzarella

-1 medium red onion

-1 tsp thyme

- basil leaves (to taste)

-1/2 tsp ground pepper (four-color)

-juice of 1 lemon

-1 tbsp honey

-3 tbsp olive oil

Tear the lettuce into larger pieces, halve and slice the onion, halve the cocktail tomatoes and mini mozzarellas, then place them in a large salad bowl.

Mix the herbs and spices with the lemon juice, honey, and oil, and pour over the chopped vegetables. Toss well and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
