You definitely know our famous Miil Mozzarella... Well, this is its light version! It contains 40% less fat. But it is just as tasty and irresistible. Miil mozzarella is a soft, unripened, salted cheese brined in a slightly sweet whey. During production, emphasis is placed on the pure, milky taste and the characteristic fibres. The cheese is made from cow's milk.
