Miil feta with protected designation of origin is a traditional Greek cheese. It is a soft, white cheese matured in brine. It is made from fresh, pasteurised sheep's and goat's milk. It can be consumed as an appetiser with olives, but it is also suitable for pasta or traditional Greek salad.
