It contains large quantities of essential oils, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Spring onion contains C-, B1-, B2-, B3-, B5-, B6-, H- and E-vitamins, folic acid, nicotinic acid, as well as iron, iodine, magnesium, sulfur, selenium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, copper, and zinc.
Usage
Feel free to consume not only the white onion part but also the green part above ground, as this contains the most vitamins and minerals. The small, white onion head and the green leaves are mostly consumed raw. We can also eat it with sandwiches, all kinds of cold cuts, and roasted meats. Feel free to use it in salads and with meats.

Their organic farm is located in a small village, Kölcse, in the heart of the Szatmár region, in a still untouched, less discovered natural environment.
The Szatmár region is often referred to as Hungary's "orchard," which is no wonder, as this area is very famous for the apples, plums, walnuts, and sour cherries grown here. There are many nature conservation areas in their vicinity, providing an ideal ground for organic farming. The beginnings of the business date back to 1997. At that time, they started growing vegetables on a small area as a family farm. The initial one-hectare area quickly expanded, and today they grow vegetables and fruits on approximately 50 hectares. They gradually converted their lands to organic cultivation. From that point on, they have not used artificial fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, or herbicides on their farm. Environmental awareness and the preservation of our natural environment play a primary role in the life of their farm.
