Use - Chive and Lemon Butter

Preparation time
5 minutes + 2 hours cooling time

Ingredients
For 12 servings

• 1 bunch of chives
• 125 g butter (soft)
• 1 bag of Alnatura Organic Lemon Peel Freeze-Dried, Grated, with Lemon Oil
• 1 teaspoon of sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (ground)

Preparation

1. Wash and dry the chives and cut into small pieces.
2. Put the chives in a bowl with the butter, lemon peel, salt and pepper, knead thoroughly with a fork and place lengthwise on a baking paper. Shape the chive and lemon butter into a roll and wrap in baking paper. Alternatively, put it in a bowl and smooth it out.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When serving, unwrap from the paper and cut into slices.
