Alnatura Organic Egg Waffle Made from Spelt

Freshly baked pastry: made from spelt flour, bourbon vanilla and above all eggs. The eggs used for the waffles come from the Alnatura brother chick initiative, which supports the rearing of male chicks of young laying hens. By purchasing the waffle, you are also supporting this initiative while enjoying its sweet taste. All agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.

You can eat the Alnatura egg spelt waffle with powdered sugar or jam, among other things.

Ingredients
For 10 pieces

• 25 g Alnatura Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 165 g Alnatura Organic Egg Waffle Made from Spelt
• 60 g Alnatura Organic Strawberry Fruit Preparation
• 50 g white chocolate
• 10 pretzel sticks

Preparation

1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over low heat. Tear the waffle into fine pieces with your fingers into a mixing bowl. Add the liquid coconut oil and the strawberry fruit preparation, then knead until smooth. Form 10 balls out of it.
2. Finely grate the chocolate, place it on a plate and roll the balls in it so that they are covered in chocolate chips. Put each ball on a pretzel stick and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the mixture harden.
