Alnatura Organic Agave Syrup

Natural sweetener, which is made from the agave plant. With its intense sweetness and mild flavour, it can be used in many ways: for example, for sweetening drinks, salads, baked goods. Alnatura agave syrup comes from organic farming and is vegan. Approximately 65 grams of agave syrup can replace 100 grams of table sugar.

Usage - Blueberry-raspberry shake with yoghurt

Ingredients
For 3 glasses:

• 150 g frozen raspberries
• 330 ml blueberry juice
• 200 g plain yoghurt
• 5 tablespoons agave syrup (100 ml)

Preparation

1. Put the frozen raspberries in a blender with the blueberry juice, yoghurt, agave syrup, and puree on the highest setting until smooth.
2. Pour the shake into glasses. Decorate with mint leaves to taste and serve immediately.
