Fanan Hummus chili 

A hummus is a creamy dip made from chickpeas and sesame seeds, which is extremely popular in the Middle East – especially in Israel, where it is considered a national dish.

In addition to being very tasty, it is also very healthy. It is a complete protein source, and is also rich in low glycemic index carbohydrates, thus preventing sudden fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Sesame seeds are an excellent antioxidant, and also contain phytoestrogens, which have anti-cancer effects, as well as phytosteroid compounds, which have been proven to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

Use
