Tóalmási spicy sausage is a semi-dry, traditionally matured, smoked sausage, which contains pork, pork fat, hot ground paprika, garlic, brine, caraway seeds and table salt. It is preserved with natural smoke. Packaged in pairs.
It can be sliced well, filled into 30 mm diameter pork small intestine, and tied into 30 cm long pairs.
Its aroma does not contain any foreign smell or taste, only the pleasantly smoked, spicy meat characteristic of the product type.
