Smoked sausage. Sausage made with a curing regulator, in a protective gas packaging. Sausage filled into pork small intestine. Consists of dark red meat pieces and light-coloured bacon pieces. Pleasantly seasoned, with a slightly smoked aroma, the taste of the spices used is clearly noticeable. 

• 100 g of finished product was made using 110 g of pork.

Usage information

Suitable for direct consumption. Store in a refrigerator after opening and it is recommended to consume within 10 days.
