The African catfish has recently become increasingly popular. This boneless catfish fillet is skinless, making it ideal even for the little ones. It occurs freely primarily in the freshwater reservoirs of Africa, Syria, Southeast Asia and Madagascar. It is a type of fish with delicious meat that can be prepared in many ways (grilled, roasted, fried, as catfish paprika).

The fish meat has a high and full-value protein content, low carbohydrate content, is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its essential fatty acids (Omega 3-6-9) have a beneficial effect on our vascular and cardiovascular systems, which our bodies cannot produce themselves and can only be ingested from external sources. Their aim is to make their fish and fish products available to everyone in some form, either on restaurant menus or on the shelves of hypermarkets and shops.
