PANARINI Carp Fillet with Skin, Boneless
Carp is not accidentally one of the most popular domestic fish species, as it is the main ingredient of fish soup, which would be unimaginable for many families on the Christmas menu. Incidentally, it is rich in iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin B12, and also contains essential fatty acids, which our body cannot produce, so we need to consume a sufficient amount of them. It is recommended to consume it cooked in fish soup, baked, steamed, fried, as a filleted fillet (so the bones do not or only cause a little trouble).

Carp fillet recipe:
- Scrape the new potatoes, wash them thoroughly, then steam them in a Teflon pan with a little oil and 2 pinches of salt until soft.
- Skin the fish fillets, score them, salt them. Toss them in flour and fry them a little in a pan with a little fat, pre-fry them, just for the sake of the taste.
- Sauté the chopped garlic in the oil left over from frying the fish. Add the cleaned, washed, drained, chopped spinach, mix well and steam until it collapses. Put the steamed spinach in a colander and drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the puff pastry on a floured board. Place the sliced potatoes in a row in the middle of one half, put the pre-fried carp slices on top. Pile the garlic-steamed spinach on the fish, then fold the other half of the dough over it and press the edges well.
- Brush it a little with an egg brush so that it does not open during baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
