PANARINI Carp fillet
Carp is not accidentally one of the most popular domestic fish species, as it is the main ingredient of fish soup, without which the Christmas menu would be unimaginable for many families. In addition, it is rich in iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin B12, and contains essential fatty acids, which our body cannot produce, so we need to consume an adequate amount of them. It is recommended to consume it cooked in fish soup, fried, steamed, breaded, as a filleted fillet (so the bones do not or only cause less trouble).

Carp fillet recipe:
- Wash, dry and salt the carp fillets thoroughly. Heat not too much oil in a larger pan.
- Make paprika flour, roll the fish fillets in it, then fry both sides well in hot oil. Rest on a tray and cool.
- While the fish is frying, prepare the marinade. Cut the red onion into rings, add the garlic as well. Throw in the bay leaves, sugar, salt, and pour the whole thing with water. Season with vinegar, season with whole pepper and cloves, and bring to a boil.
- Put the fried fish fillets in a larger bowl, scoop as much hot vinegar-spiced juice on them as to cover them, and let them stand in it for 2-3 days to marinate completely.
