Finely salted cheese with a characteristic taste, which is cut and shaped in a traditional way. Suitable for direct consumption, it is best to enjoy the delicious milky taste and texture at room temperature.

Excellent with Italian dishes with white wine, such as Walnut Riesling with a fine meadow flower scent, or Müller Thurgau with a fine nutmeg flavor.
