Product description

Martontej kefirs are made from 3.6-4.2% fat raw milk, without any added additives, using only rennet. Its rich, natural flavour comes from the real content of the milk.

Martontej Kft.'s Holstein-Friesian cattle herd of nearly 1000 animals produces not only large quantities of milk, but also first-class milk, thanks to the mono-diet, GMO-free feeding. 80% of the feed is produced by themselves from bulk feed and grain.
The manufacturer's special feature is that they keep everything in their own hands, from crop production to animal husbandry, from processing to getting the product to the shops, which gives them complete control and supervision. In our processing plant, they produce about 55 different products from excellent quality milk under a strict HACCP quality system. Martontej's basic principle in the production of products is that they are free of artificial additives, colours and flavours, so that only carefully tested and inspected ingredients can be included in their products.
