Product description

Martontej butter is reminiscent of the flavor of hand-churned village butter. Martontej does not use any additives in the preparation of the butter. The flavor of the butter depends exclusively on the purity and content of the milk used as the raw material. The special flaxseed feed guarantees a high content, while the GMO-free production technology ensures purity.

Martontej Kft.'s Holstein-Friesian cattle herd of nearly 1000 animals produces not only large quantities of milk, but also first-class milk, thanks to the mono-diet, GMO-free feeding. 80% of the feed is produced by themselves from bulk feed and grain.
The manufacturer's specialty is that they keep everything in their own hands, from crop production to animal husbandry, from processing to getting the product to the stores, which gives them complete control and supervision. In our processing plant, they produce about 55 different products from excellent quality milk under a strict HACCP quality system. Martontej's basic principle in the production of its products is that they are free of artificial additives, colors and flavors, so that only carefully tested and inspected ingredients can be included in their products.
