Martontej high-protein milk undergoes heat treatment and homogenization after the appropriate fat percentage has been set. These processes make the milk ready for immediate consumption, prevent the fat from separating to the top as quickly, and preserve its rich protein content and flavor. Does not contain: flavoring, thickener, vegetable fat.

Martontej Kft.'s Holstein-Friesian cattle herd of nearly 1000 animals produces not only large quantities of milk, but also first-class milk, thanks to the mono-diet, GMO-free feeding. 80% of the feed is produced and prepared by themselves from bulk feed and grain.
The manufacturer's specialty is that they keep everything in their own hands, from crop production to animal husbandry, from processing to getting the product to the stores, which gives them complete control and supervision. In our processing plant, they produce about 55 different products made from excellent quality milk under a strict HACCP quality system. Martontej's basic principle in the production of its products is that they are free of artificial additives, colors and flavors, so that only carefully tested and inspected ingredients can be included in their products.
