Martontej sour cream is obtained by mixing raw milk, rennet and milk fat in the right proportions, so it does not require any other ingredients to achieve its real taste and excellent texture.

Martontej Kft. has a Holstein-Friesian cattle herd of nearly 1000 animals, which produces not only a large quantity but also first-class milk, thanks to the mono-diet, GMO-free feeding. 80% of the feed is produced and prepared by themselves from bulk feed and cereals.
The manufacturer's special feature is that they keep everything in their own hands, from crop production to animal husbandry, from processing to getting the product to the shops, which gives them complete control and supervision. In our processing plant, they produce about 55 different products made from excellent quality milk under a strict HACCP quality system. Martontej's basic principle in the production of products is that they are free of artificial additives, colours and flavours, so only carefully tested and inspected ingredients can be included in their products.
