INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans of tuna, approx. 40 dag
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 dag olives
  • A little Lollo lettuce
  • 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
  • Ground pepper
  • A few green beans
  • Iceberg lettuce

IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY

  • Vegetables
  • White wine vinegar
  • Capers

PREPARATION

    First, prepare the dressing. Squeeze the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, add the olive oil, then shake it together in a bottle. It will keep for days in the refrigerator.

    If using green beans, blanch them in hot water and refresh them in ice water.

    Boil the egg for 6 minutes, then cool it in cold water, peel it, and cut it into wedges, season with salt and pepper.

    Slice the vegetables and separate the lettuce leaves.

    Drain the tuna and season with a few drops of lemon, if desired.

    Serve in a deep salad bowl!
Tip
Can be prepared with any other vegetables. Instead of lemon, you can also use white wine vinegar. Capers also go well with the salad.
