INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of tuna, approx. 40 dag
- 2 ripe tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 5 dag olives
- A little Lollo lettuce
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- Ground pepper
- A few green beans
- Iceberg lettuce
IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY
- Vegetables
- White wine vinegar
- Capers
PREPARATION
- 1First, prepare the dressing. Squeeze the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, add the olive oil, then shake it together in a bottle. It will keep for days in the refrigerator.
- 2If using green beans, blanch them in hot water and refresh them in ice water.
- 3Boil the egg for 6 minutes, then cool it in cold water, peel it, and cut it into wedges, season with salt and pepper.
- 4Slice the vegetables and separate the lettuce leaves.
- 5Drain the tuna and season with a few drops of lemon, if desired.
- 6Serve in a deep salad bowl!
Tip
Can be prepared with any other vegetables. Instead of lemon, you can also use white wine vinegar. Capers also go well with the salad.
