The artisan ice story:
Their family business started in 2018 with a sudden idea, while they were still university students. What began as a thesis topic quickly became a part of their lives and their passion: ice making. Initially, they launched their business for Budapest's prominent bars, restaurants, and hotels, but from 2021, they want to make their products available to everyone. They believe that every moment deserves outstanding quality, not only in the drink but also in the ice that accompanies it. Thanks to the technology, in addition to achieving the perfect temperature, the rate of melting can be minimized.
The technology
The starting point is a 150kg crystal-clear ice block, which is made from multi-purified drinking water using controlled freezing, expelling all impurities from it. The block is then processed by hand and cut into regular cubes, sticks, or spheres of various sizes.
Storage
At temperatures below -18°C. Refreezing after melting is not recommended!
