INGREDIENTS
- 80 ml Prosecco
- 30 ml elderflower syrup
- 60 ml soda
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Ice
PREPARATION
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add the mint leaves and a slice of lime.
- 3Pour in the elderflower syrup, then the Prosecco, and finally the soda.
- 4Stir gently, so as not to break the mint.
- 5Garnish with a mint leaf.
