  • 30 ml elderflower syrup
  • 60 ml soda
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice

PREPARATION

    Fill a wine glass with ice.

    Add the mint leaves and a slice of lime.

    Pour in the elderflower syrup, then the Prosecco, and finally the soda.
