Wholemeal flour products have become very popular in recent years. The JÓkenyér team has used its experience in bread making to create this authentic bread made exclusively from freshly ground wholemeal flour, which is particularly rich in oats.

It has an outstanding dietary fibre, vitamin and mineral content, and it does not contain yeast, so it can also be consumed by those on a Candida diet!

JÓkenyér started out as a family business and has been working for 27 years to ensure that fresh, sourdough, additive-free bakery products are available on as many tables as possible. They pay special attention to making their breads and bakery products from 100% natural ingredients. They believe that everything you need for good bread is a gift of nature and the heart and soul of the baker. That is why they avoid flavour enhancers, additives and colourings. To this day, they work with the same sourdough that they brought home from Baden-Baden almost 30 years ago with the aim of creating the foundations of the German "Brotkultur", which is part of the world's cultural heritage, in Hungary. In addition to traditional wheat sourdough, JÓkenyér also uses rye sourdough and sourdough made from wholemeal wheat and rye, for which the grain is freshly ground in their own mill. This ensures the freshness and flavour of their breads.
