Extra virgin olive oil produced directly from olives, cold-pressed, exclusively by mechanical processes, without colourings and preservatives. Made from carefully selected olives grown in Spain, it has a special taste and fruity aroma.

Product Information

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality; the oil will clear up again at room temperature.

Suggested use

Ideal for all meals from breakfast to dinner, for salads, vegetables, flavouring cooked pasta, marinating meat and fish, primarily raw, but can also be used for cooked dishes.

Producer Information

The ABACO brand was established by the Spanish Faiges family in 1840, under the motto "Quality and Tradition". In Spain, the world's most significant olive oil producer, they produced one of the first bottled olive oils. ABACO has focused on producing high-quality olive oils from the very beginning. Its capacity is characterized by its production of over 900 tons of olive oil and 550 tons of sunflower oil daily. The company has its own production base, thus enabling the assurance of consistent, uniform, and high quality. Their olive oils are available in extra virgin, pure, and pomace categories.

Storage

Does not require refrigeration, but should be stored in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight.
