Dr. Oetker Cake Coating is a premium

With Dr. Oetker Tortabevonó ét prémium you can create a delicious, high cocoa content glaze to make your finished delicacies even more special. You can melt the cake coating easily by placing the bag in hot water for a few minutes, so you can pour the melted coating directly from the bag onto the cake.

Use

To be prepared in a water bath.

1. Place the bag in hot water (approx. 75°C) for about 8 minutes.
2. When the cake coating has completely melted, cut off one corner of the bag.
3. Pour the cake coating directly from the bag onto the cake and smooth it out with a knife. You can reuse the remaining cake coating by heating it.

The history of Dr. Oetker dates back to 1891: this is when pharmacist Dr. August Oetker experimented with the now classic baking powder.
