Abonett BIO Crackerbread with Spelt

Product description

Abonett extruded breads are made from wholemeal flour, using only natural ingredients. The grain used retains its full nutritional value during production. Abonett extruded bread is high in fibre, low in salt, yeast-free, completely additive-free, which also means it is free from genetically modified ingredients, and has an exceptionally low calorie content, all of which contribute to a healthier diet. In line with 21st century trends, their organic and gluten-free products can also meet the needs of health- and environmentally conscious consumers, dieters and those with food intolerances.

Use - Orange chicken breast sandwich for 4 people

Ingredients:

• 8 slices of Abonett extruded bread with spelt wheat
• 2 organic chicken breasts
• 100 g organic rocket
• 1 organic rocket
• Salt
• Pepper
• Nutmeg
• 0.5 dl olive oil
• 20 g organic butter
• 1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken all over. Add the rosemary, butter and a few drops of orange juice. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Set the cooked chicken aside to cool so that it is easier to slice. Pile the rocket onto the Abonett slices, add the chicken slices and the orange segments. Garnish with wheat germ.
