Borgo Molino - Alcohol free

An alcohol-free sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grape variety. After the base wine is made, thanks to a gentle vacuum alcohol extraction process (at low temperature), this sparkling wine truly has zero alcohol content. Despite this special process, the drink retains its fresh, vibrant fruitiness, such as green apple, citrus, and some floral notes.

• Serve at 6–8 °C.
• Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with light fish dishes, salads, and seafood.
• It can also be safely consumed by expectant mothers!

Producer Information

In 1922, the decision was made to dedicate their lives to farming. An intuition, and much more than just a job. To understand nature, what it asks for, and what we can give to an area like Borgo Molino. The secret is to listen to the earth, care for the plants, nurture the fruit. Nourish the soil, water it, and understand it. Their estate was founded 90 years ago by the Nardini family, and the soil has yielded fine wines. The harmony of the landscape and local climate has resulted in high-quality white and red wines. Sparkling wines, offering elegance and finesse, complete the picture and express their original vision.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is properly sealed with a sparkling wine stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
