100% Glera grape variety DOC (quality sparkling wine) classified prosecco. The grapes come from the plantations of the Treviso district. Characterized by a straw-yellow color and very fine "bubbles". Its aroma is dominated by fruitiness, with a dry flower scent, almond, hazelnut, biscuit, acacia flower, lily. When tasted, the fresh, lively fruitiness is the leading note. A real Italian "dolce vita". Excellent as an aperitif. Seafood, fish, fresh cheeses go well with it.

In 1922, the decision was made to dedicate their lives to farming. An intuition, and much more than a job. To understand nature, what it asks for, and what we can give to a territory like Borgo Molino. The secret is to listen to the land, take care of the plants, nurture the fruit. Nourish the clods, water the soil and understand. Their estate was founded 90 years ago by the Nardini family, and the soil has given fine wines. The harmony of the landscape and the local climate has resulted in excellent quality white and red wines. The sparkling wines, offering elegance and finesse, complete the picture, expressing their original vision.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is properly closed with a champagne stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
