Borgo Molino-Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry

Rosé prosecco made from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero grapes, using the Martinotti method. Sparkling pink, its aroma is dominated by fruity notes, with strawberry and cherry flavours. Very elegant, ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 6-8 °C. Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, if the bottle is properly sealed with a champagne stopper and stored in the refrigerator, it will keep for 3-4 days. Remove the stopper, chill to the right temperature and consume immediately.
