Preparation suggestion

Just mix it with cold water, milk, or your favorite milk substitute, and FiberShake transforms into a thick, drinkable wonder after 1 minute. However, if you'd rather spoon it as a pudding instead of a shake, just wait 4 minutes! The beneficial fibers thicken into a very delicious, creamy dessert.

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created activé FiberShakes in 2018 with the goal of helping fiber consumption habits align with professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, finding quality meals was a constant problem in our busy daily lives. We were looking for a product that was rich in fiber, easy and quick to prepare, contained only natural ingredients, and most importantly, was delicious.

We didn't find one, so we created it: after extensive product development, FiberShake was born, made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly components. A single serving provides one-third of our recommended daily fiber intake.
