Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 1 serving of chocolate FiberShake
• 1.5 dl water/milk/milk substitute
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation time: 1 minute

Total preparation time: 3 minutes

Preparation:

1. Mix one serving of chocolate FiberShake and 1/2 tsp baking powder with 1.5 dl liquid (water/milk/milk substitute)
2. Pour the prepared base into a soufflé dish (or mug), place in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes
3. Decorate with fruit as desired

 

Fiber-rich hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 1 serving of chocolate FiberShake
• 2 dl milk/milk substitute
• Whipped cream 1 tsp cinnamon

Total preparation time: 3 minutes

Preparation:

1. Heat up 2 dl milk or milk substitute
2. Mix one serving of chocolate FiberShake with the heated milk or milk substitute
3. Wait 2 minutes for the beneficial fibers to thicken
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon as desired

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created activé FiberShake in 2018 with the aim of bringing fiber consumption habits closer to professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, the constant problem in our hectic everyday lives was finding a quality meal solution. We were looking for a product that was rich in fiber, quick and easy to prepare, contained only natural ingredients, and most importantly, was delicious.

We couldn't find it, so we created it: after extensive product development, FiberShake was born, made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly components. A single serving provides a third of our recommended daily fiber requirement.
