Preparation

Just mix with cold water, milk or your favorite milk substitute and the FiberShake will turn into a thick, drinkable wonder after 1 minute. But if you'd rather spoon it up as a pudding instead of a shake, just wait 4 minutes!

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created activé FiberShakes in 2018 with the aim of bringing fiber consumption habits closer to professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, the hectic everyday life constantly caused problems with solving quality meals. We were looking for a product that was rich in fiber, easy and quick to prepare, contained only natural ingredients, and most importantly, was delicious.

We couldn't find it, so we created it: after lengthy product development, FiberShake was born, which is made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly ingredients. A single serving provides a third of our recommended daily fiber requirement.
