Our espresso blend is medium roasted, its flavor profile is somewhere between classic Italian and specialty coffees. The coffee beans come from two special growing regions: from Minas Gerais region in Brazil, bringing sweet, chocolate notes. And the coffee beans from the Risalda region of Colombia provide the fruitiness.

Producer information

The idea of making syrups came to them when they were looking for natural, preservative-free syrups for their own restaurant. Since they couldn't find the right one after a long search, they decided to make it themselves. Initially, they only offered their homemade drinks to their friends and guests, and after much positive feedback, they decided to establish their own syrup factory as a family business, where they produce premium Mayer syrups and cordials using natural ingredients, excluding artificial flavors and colorings.

All their products are made according to their own recipes, and their goal is to fully preserve the original taste of the fruits and spices.
