The shared conversations begin with a fairy tale story…
Almost every family has an old beautiful story that resurfaces year after year as Christmas approaches, to the delight of both young and old. These memories bring shared conversations and the wonder of the holiday into our fast-paced lives for a longer or shorter time.

Zsuzsanna Kelényi-Kovács, also known as Tante Susi, has a story that is almost like a fairy tale. After her university studies, Zsuzsa helped in her parents' confectionery in Fertőszentmiklós. Then, on external advice, she designed and built her own factory, with her own technology and recipes. However, the previously promised business did not materialize, and the initial momentum was lost.
The fairy-tale twist did not take long to come: Zsuzsa was visited by the grandson of one of the most famous confectionery dynasties, Mátyás Szamos, with the undisguised intention of working together. The business visits were later replaced much more by the personal sympathy of the two young people. Kolos Kelényi looked at Zsuzsa with admiration for her inexhaustible diligence and the new recipes she dreamed up.
Even today, the bejglis are made with a recipe dreamed up by Zsuzsa, which is an indispensable dessert on the festive table. They work with impeccable quality ingredients: buttery base dough, walnuts from organic farming, and domestic poppy seeds make up the filling. A perfect gift for all ages!

Vanilla walnut crescent cookies are indispensable for Christmas preparations. Let's remember how grandparents used to make them days before Christmas, and we could constantly sneak some from the box. This taste experience returns with every bite. Quality ingredients were not spared here either, especially worth highlighting the real bourbon vanilla sprinkle.
Zsuzsa, also known as Tante Susi, still takes part in the work to this day, as does her husband who assists her. They continuously build and beautify their factory in Fertőszentmiklós to bring joy to as many families as possible with their sweet delicacies.
