In the following text, we provide the following information:

1. Scope of Personal Data Processing, Purposes of Processing, Communication Options

1.1. When you register for the Kiflicske Club, you need to provide the following data:

1. the child's name,
2. the child's date of birth,
3. information on whether your child is a girl or a boy;

in case the baby is not yet born:

1. information that you are expecting a baby,
2. information on the expected gender of the baby,
3. the expected date of birth.

1.2. The information you provide is used to provide benefits tailored to your individual needs within the framework of club membership.

1.3. If you are expecting a child and report this to us, please note that this information may be considered a special category of personal data, which enjoys enhanced protection. We may only process information that you are expecting a child if you voluntarily disclose it to us and consent to the processing of the data during registration. Providing this consent is a prerequisite for club membership, and without this consent, membership in the Kiflicske Club will not be established, and in the event of its withdrawal, Kiflicske Club membership will cease. Withdrawal of consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

1.4. If you are a member of the Kiflicske Club and purchase our products, we may also use your name, surname, email address, and phone number to send you business messages electronically (email, SMS), i.e., to inform you about goods or services we offer that we believe may interest you as a member of the Kiflicske Club. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications sent electronically at any time by clicking on the link in the emails or by sending a message to info@kifli.hu.

1.5. We may also send/transfer our offers, information about new products and discounts, and other commercial communications to you in the following ways:

• by post, for this purpose we process your surname, first name, and address;
• by phone (live call), for this purpose we process your surname, first name, and phone contact.

Please notify us in writing (by post to our registered office address or by email to info@kifli.hu) if you do not wish to receive our commercial communications by phone or post.

1.6. If you give your consent on the www.kifli.hu website (marketing consent), the personal data you provide to us (including purchase history, information that you are expecting a baby, have a child under 12, and data on the child's birth date and gender) may also be processed for the following purposes:

• conducting marketing analyses and statistics, including profiling;
• sending commercial communications related to our and our partners' products and services to your email address, taking into account your purchases, preferences, or otherwise personalizing these communications to select the products and services that best meet your needs;
• using personal data transmitted to us by the Facebook social network, if you log in through this social network, to the extent of your settings, for the purposes indicated above.

Providing consent is voluntary, and no legal regulation requires its provision.

1.7. Through your profile, in the “Communication Settings” menu, you can easily set the granting/withdrawing of consent and how we can inform you about offers that concern you.

2. Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

2.1. We will be the controllers of your personal data. We make your personal data accessible only to authorized employees and cooperating persons, as well as individual processors of personal data contracted, and other administrators, but always only to the extent necessary to fulfill the specific purposes and based on the appropriate legal title for personal data processing.

3. Duration of Personal Data Processing

3.1. We process the personal data obtained in connection with your membership in the Kiflicske Club during the duration of your club membership and for the time necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., to prove entitlement to benefits related to club membership), while the maximum duration of data processing is 4 years.

 3.2 We process personal data based on your consent until the consent is withdrawn. To withdraw consent, simply send an email with a request to this effect to info@kifli.hu.

5. Your Rights Related to Personal Data Processing

You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data by us:

• the right to access personal data;
• the right to rectification;
• the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
• the right to restrict processing;
• the right to object to the processing of personal data; and
• the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.
