Sliced Edam cheese. Semi-hard cheese with half fat content in a protective gas packaging. Fat in dry matter min. 40%.

Consumption suggestion

Store in a refrigerator after opening and consume within a short period of time. Can be consumed chilled, stored at a temperature between (4-8°C) until the date indicated on the cover foil (day/month/year).

Producer information

As one of the oldest dairy cooperatives in Northern Germany, Ammerland can say that the ingredients of its success are not secret and have not changed since 1885. Their cooperative has been successfully developing since the beginning, thanks to which Molkerei Ammerland is now one of the largest and most modern dairy farms in Europe. However, one thing has not changed: the farmers in the region still operate the dairy as a cooperative, but their number has since increased from seven to almost two thousand. The best Ammerländer quality, the sense of responsibility towards people, animals and the environment, create a strong unity. In addition to the diversity of the community of milk suppliers and employees, we are strongly attached to our region, where our milk is produced.
