Product description

Miil Gouda slices are natural, full-fat, semi-hard, matured cheese known for its full flavour. 1 kg of this excellent cheese uses about 10 litres of milk and the cheese matures in 100 kg blocks. Miil Gouda is produced in the Czech Republic from milk that mostly comes from the Bohemian Forest.

This is a naturally lactose-free product. Its lactose content is less than 0.01 g/100 g.

Serving suggestion

You can eat Gouda with bread, fruit or use it as an ingredient in any cooked dish.
