Ammerländer Sliced Butter Cheese

Salami made from carefully pre-selected ingredients, with the addition of unique spices, traditional beechwood smoking, and a long maturation process. A high-quality product that becomes a true delicacy, complemented by the pleasantly smoked taste and the aroma of the noble mold coating. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and soy-free, it contains no flavor enhancers.

Producer information

As one of the oldest dairy cooperatives in Northern Germany, Ammerland can state that the ingredients of its success are not secret and have not changed since 1885. Their cooperative has successfully developed since its inception, thanks to which Molkerei Ammerland is today one of Europe's largest and most modern dairy farms. One thing, however, has not changed: the farmers of the region still operate the dairy in a cooperative form, but their number has grown from seven to nearly two thousand since then. The best Ammerländer quality, responsibility towards people, animals, and the environment, creates a strong unity. In addition to the diversity of the community of milk suppliers and employees, we are strongly connected to our region where our milk is produced.
