Producer information
The Maszlik family farm is located in the valley of the Szente stream, on the edge of the Palóc land, on the gentle slopes of the Middle Cserhát. The manufacturer started his agricultural enterprise in 1991 with crop production, and a few years later expanded it with animal husbandry. The family business milks 80 cows and produces 1500-2000 liters of milk per day, depending on the weather and feeding. The manufacturer did not want to engage in mass production, but rather committed to making fewer pieces, but quality dairy products. For years, his main profile was milk production, then in 2007 he launched his milk truck, with which he sells his products directly in the Szente area. The most important goal of the farm is to keep the entire production process in hand and to produce everything themselves "from the ground to the table".
