Classic, natural sourdough white bread, long-aged, additive-free, made from excellent Hungarian wheat. Flour, water, salt. In addition to the favourable physiological effects of natural sourdough, long ageing gives the bread special, yet not sour flavour notes. Recommended for those who like light, fluffy bread.

The PANO Budapest bread factory was founded in 2021 by Mihály Juhász (Misi the baker, Jacques Liszt) and Miklós Mester. The factory produces exclusively naturally sourdough (wild sourdough) bread varieties in large quantities, with the best available machinery and technology. They believe that real bread requires expertise, technological discipline, time, patience, humility and dedication, as this is the only way to ensure the quality and favourable physiological effects of the bread. The founders' expertise and the state-of-the-art machinery guarantee stable, consistent quality.
