Paillasse is an exceptionally fine type of bread, which is made truly delicious by its unique production technology. The secrets of its unmistakable flavour include the use of little yeast, the long resting time of the dough and of course the unique flour mixture used. Its aroma comes only from natural ingredients. It contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or other artificial additives. In 2004, the company moved from Budapest to Szigetszentmiklós, where production takes place in a state-of-the-art factory building equipped with modern technology, on a 1-hectare property owned by the company, in accordance with strict food safety, quality assurance (HACCP, BRC) and technological regulations.

Their employees carry out their work in compliance with good manufacturing and good hygiene practices, as well as food safety and environmental protection regulations, so that their products can always be consumed safely. They produce and deliver their products under controlled conditions, with regular inspections.
