The chrysanthemum's flowering definitely signals the approach of winter, as it is practically the last flower of autumn, and it needs 13-14 hours of darkness daily to bloom. It also doesn't like excessive heat; temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius can already damage it.
Thanks to breeders, its radiant, regular-shaped flowers now come in many colours and forms, so there are simple and full varieties, as well as daisy, anemone, spider, or pompon-flowered types, although less ornamental varieties usually have better frost resistance.
The purchased plant must always be repotted to ensure its long-term survival indoors. We recommend repotting them into a larger pot or container so that they feel good in a heated home and do not wilt. It is important not to forget spraying (with water)!
Interesting fact
The chrysanthemum's Greek-derived name means 'golden flower', and it already had a significant cult in ancient times, especially in China, where it was primarily a symbol of solitude, tranquility, and beauty.
Usage
It requires a sunny to semi-shady location, as well as nutrient-rich, well-draining soil. It's good if the soil is always slightly moist. When watering, make sure that water does not get on the plant's leaves, as they can easily get sick.

Oxalis-seed KFT was founded in 1999. Their company started with the distribution of seeds, flower bulbs, and horticultural products.
Currently, the majority of their turnover comes from ornamental plants, with a significant proportion being balcony plants. Their main target customer group is supermarket chains, but after prior arrangement, they also serve resellers and large users (e.g., municipalities, garden and park construction companies).
Their own production takes place in their 6000m2 greenhouse and on their 2-hectare open-air area.
Their goal is to sell Hungarian products, represent Hungarian producers to supermarket chains and all their other partners, and to provide satisfying quality, along with fast, fair, and helpful customer service.
