The classic canned vegetable: Delicious organic sweet corn, which is great as a side dish and can be an aromatic ingredient in casseroles, soups, or salads. Alnatura sweet corn is vegan and pre-cooked - just heat it up quickly and enjoy.
Usage - Mexican layered nachos salad

10 minutes.
Ingredients
For 4 servings:
- 360 g Alnatura kidney beans
- 340 g Alnatura sweet corn
- 60 g baby spinach
- 200 g Alnatura sour cream
- 1 red onion
- 245 ml Alnatura Salsa Dip
- 150 g Alnatura Emmentaler (grated)
- 60 g Alnatura corn chips (paprika)
Preparation
- Drain the kidney beans in a colander and rinse thoroughly, then transfer to a bowl. Drain the sweet corn in a sieve and spread it over the kidney beans. Wash the spinach and shake dry. Stir the sour cream until smooth. Peel the onion, cut in half, and slice finely.
- Pour the salsa dip over the sweet corn, scatter the spinach on top, pour over the sour cream, then sprinkle with the cheese and onion.
- Just before serving, add the tortilla chips to the nachos bowl.
