  • 15 dkg grated horseradish
  • 2 ears of corn
  • 8 baking potatoes
  • 15 dkg Kolozsvári bacon
  • 1 smaller piece of mildly spicy smoked sausage
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers

    Wash the potatoes, cut them into larger pieces, also cut the corn, salt them, and pile them into a greased baking tray.

    Spread the pork neck slices with horseradish, also place them in the baking tray, sprinkle with the bacon cut into strips, and the sausage cut into rounds. Place the sliced tomatoes and peppers on top, cover, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes until done.
