Titbit Guacamalo mix, packed

A perfect mixture, just waiting to be prepared! 

Guacamole is a spicy Aztec dish made from avocado. It is an everyday dish in Mexican cuisine, but it is also popular throughout America and many other parts of the world, and its popularity is constantly growing. 

Preparation

1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and mash it finely with a fork in a bowl.
2. Add the onions, lime, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the chili pepper gradually, tasting as you go.
4. Add the tomatoes at the end.
5. Put it in the refrigerator and let the flavours blend! 

Finally, all that is left is to eat it, with delicious pastries, meat or even on its own, however you like it! 

Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados
• 150g cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon sour cream
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove peeled garlic
• 1 lime juice
• 1/2 red chili pepper
• 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
• salt

Preparation

1. Slice the tomatoes, cut out the core and remove the hard seeds. Chop the tomato flesh. Chop the garlic into small pieces or press it. Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds and slice into small pieces.
2. 2Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the avocado flesh and dice it into small pieces. Put them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
3. Add the oil, sour cream, lime juice, garlic and chili pepper. Finally, mix in the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and put in the refrigerator.

Storage 

Store in the refrigerator at 0-5°C.
