Together with our chef, Honza Bureš, we have prepared for you the legendary beef sirloin sauce with Carlsbad dumplings.
Honza has been preparing the beef sirloin sauce according to his own recipe for 20 years. It is based exclusively on Czech ingredients, which are then cooked for several hours to achieve their rich, full flavour. It pairs perfectly with Carlsbad dumplings, which have been acclaimed by many customers worldwide for many years. Don't hesitate, taste this excellent Czech classic!

Honza loves to be as creative as possible in the kitchen, which is wonderfully reflected in his dishes. However, for him, quality ingredients are more important than anything else. By his own admission, he has zero tolerance for low-quality ingredients. So you can be sure that every dish you taste from him is made from refined ingredients.
How it works?
Usage
Pour the meat and sauce into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Heat the dumplings in a steamer for approx. 8 minutes. You can also use cranberry jam for garnish.
Storage
Store at 0–4 °C. Consume immediately after opening. Do not reheat.
