Kifli Bisztró Butter Chicken with Naan Bread

Together with our chef Mahavir Kanswal, we have prepared the traditional Indian Butter Chicken with naan bread for you. The secret to perfect Indian-style chicken lies in the sauce and the rather complex use of spices – a kind of small alchemy that Mahavir loves! Onion and tomato enrich the dish with wonderfully sweet notes, and the final touch is given by cream, which enhances its creamy silkiness. As a side dish, traditional naan bread was chosen, baked in a special tandoori oven.

Preparation suggestion: Place the sauce and chicken pouches in a water bath, then heat them over low heat for approx. 10 minutes, but be careful not to boil them. Toast the Naan flatbreads in a pan for approx. 1-1 minute on each side.

Best before: see packaging.

Storage: At a temperature between 0°C and +4°C. Consume immediately after opening. Do not reheat multiple times.
