The marinated pork neck steaks stand out with a great combination of flavours. Before they reach you, they are stored in vacuum for at least 24 hours, allowing the flavours to beautifully meld together. The marinade uses high-quality sunflower oil, white balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sweetened with high-quality cane molasses and refined with a few cloves of fresh garlic. A little salt and freshly ground pepper do the trick. You don't need to do any further preparations, just throw the marinated slices onto a hot grill or pan.
