Tante Fanny Fresh Whole Wheat Rustic Puff Pastry

Their whole wheat puff pastry is a fresh splash of colour in their product portfolio. The puff pastry is made using whole wheat flour, as well as rye flour and bran, it is rich in fibre, so it can be easily incorporated into a diet, and it can be a cornerstone of conscious nutrition. It can also be consumed by vegans and vegetarians. It does not contain palm oil, preservatives, colouring or flavour enhancers either.

Use

• Take the pastry out of the refrigerator about 10 minutes before use.
• Preheat the oven to 200°C using the top and bottom heating function.
• Unroll the pastry with the baking paper (use the paper as baking paper).
• Cut the pastry to the desired size (e.g. 12*12cm) and fill it.
• Brush the corners with a wet brush, then fold it over and press it down firmly.
• Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
• Bake the strudel for about 25-30 minutes.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at 2-8°C. Use immediately after opening.
